We went on last night Sunday at 6 pm. Restaurant was almost empty. Ordered ayce. Were told only six oysters left for our table of six (2 kids) and no more oysters. Beers were all sold out. At 6 pm on a Sunday? Food was mediocre at best and totally not worth the money we paid. Waitress was friendly but we definitely won't go back with how much they charged. Not worth it. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $60–70

this place is overpriced and highkey trash. forgot a drink and then tried giving it to us for free after the meal like aint no one taking that bro who knows what yall put in there rlly awkward staff who desperately need some customer service lessons, and overall this place just needs to close down. business aint good cuz we were the only ppl in there, can see why now. I was celebrating fathers day at Kanae Yakiniku for a party of 6, and boy it was a huge mistake. For 58 dollars for person, you would expect an extensive menu for all you can eat. The menu for AYCE was very limited and charging people that much is absolutely insane. Our final bill comes to $408 which included tip. I should've never tipped because the service and food was soo poor. They offer me a 10% discount card for my next visit if I was paying cash. Pros -Interior was nice Cons - pricing -limited menu options -rice falling apart on the nigiri sushi -overcooked meats that was under the heat lamp -Had the option of choosing either the oysters or their daily sashimi . I asked the waitress what the daily sashimi was? The waitress said she has no idea and walked away. WHAT??? *You have only one round for this option. - We were missing at least 7 items from what we order -The oysters were not fresh and had a bitter after taste - Service was a disappointment, they never clear our finished plates. - The servers/waitress were not attentive, mostly seen standing by the cash register doing nothing. -The daily dessert was basically two piece of unknown jello, that was bland and had no taste. Final thought: Unless you want poor service and mediocre food, I suggest you spend you hard earned money elseware. I will never trust a Tiktok review ever again.
