Very simple place, with wooden tables and chairs but quite nice. Delicious food, fantastic cacio e pepe omelette with truffle, traditional pasta and potatoes and Genoese. The menu has various proposals and we will certainly return to try other dishes, in particular I am very curious about their fresh pasta button and tagliolino. Note of merit for the desserts which are homemade, the idea of namelaka with salted caramel is very nice. Note of demerit only for the somewhat cold service with the waiter often absent, but an experience definitely worth repeating. Location away from the chaos, surrounded by greenery and in the Montenuovo Equestrian Centre, spacious and very welcoming, with minimal and harmonious furnishings. The menu offers the right number of first courses, land-based appetizers and grilled meat second courses, but unfortunately some options are not available and perhaps it would be better to cancel them. The fillet on a potato puff base is excellent, as are the baked potatoes which are simply delicious, flavored and seasoned to perfection. The staff is a little awkward, sometimes distracted, but very kind and the service is fast. Excellent value for money and spacious parking.
