Excellent Experience at Restoran Ivan 1991 During my visit to Serbia, I had the pleasure of dining at Restoran Ivan 1991, located near Niš, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality that made me feel like a valued guest rather than just a customer. The service was absolutely impeccable – the staff was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect, explaining the menu in detail and offering excellent recommendations. It was clear that they take pride in their work, creating an atmosphere that combines traditional Serbian hospitality with high-class service. The food was simply outstanding. What makes this place truly special is that they use ingredients from their own farm, ensuring freshness and top-notch quality. The young lamb and roasted pork, cooked in a wood-fired oven, were some of the best I have ever tasted.
