Good day, 31.03.24 we visited Kofan, as usual, we ordered waffles and coffee, but this time we were unpleasantly surprised by the service. I was very disappointed. first of all, the order was incorrectly transferred, but that's okay, it happens when I went to the cash register and said that not everything the order was brought, then the waiter unpleasantly replied that we had ordered incorrectly ourselves... we ordered again and they brought it to us, but forgot to bring the utensils (just like the first time, by the way), we waited, waited and went to ask for utensils again, the second time. What did the waiter do? angrily replied that they have a lot of work, although a couple of tables were occupied in the establishment and there were almost no visitors. usually when there are really many people, they always coped and were polite. but not this time. we always leave a good tip, but this time it's very unpleasant (((it's a pity that one person spoiled the impression of the institution in such a way.
