    Service:. We ordered via the kiosk. This is a supremely impersonal process that can leave one cold. On the other hand, receiving the order involves interacting with other humans. It should be warmer. It wasn't. Food:. Good. Up to franchise standards. KFC Italy should however review it's pricing and portion size policy. Prices are out of line with other franchises with similar costs. Some menu items are bigger than standard but unfortunately most are much, much smaller or not available. (e.g. we wanted a 16 piece bucket to take home with cole slaw and potatoes after shopping but it was not on the menu. So, as any hungry chicken eaters would do, as we left the shopping center, we stopped by the local rotisserie chicken place and got their 2 chicken and 1 kg of potatoes meal deal.) Having a few paper products like larger buckets available would not be such a big investment. Atmosphere:. Well, to be honest we liked the old design better but it was time to renovate. There was way too much wear and tear! Nothing can detract from the view out the window of this particular location! It's very nice to find a bit of peace in a shopping centre. Recycling: Where's the paper? There's wet, but other things are wet. There's dry, but other things are dry. Where do we put the paper? (Seriously, ask the head office.).
