KFC Arcadia is literally the worst this is the 2 cd time we’ve been there and the service and food was bad we arrived at 7:48 only left the shop an hour later we ordered and didn't get a slip 10mns later my husband goes to ask how far the food is and thy saying meat is finished we need to wait for 15-20mns fine we waited then went back to ask and our food came because we were so pissed and annoyed we didnt check the food just took the bag and got home and a huge dissapoint hit us the food was terrible so cold it like thy didnt even bother the snack burgers were cold no sauce no lettuce the meat wasn’t enough i got 7 pieces i orded 10 no chips spice no nothing We had orded the family treat for 10 Thy didnt give us a slip but we have our bank transfer slip No apology for the delay or attitude of the workers I am very disappointed @kfcsouthafrica please do something about the service and food there !!
