Worthless... 1 star is still too much! Unfortunately I can't make it into anything else. Ordered online at 5:30 PM & indicated that I would like to pick it up at 6:00 PM. It was quite busy upon arrival. Finally didn't get my food until 6:30 pm. More than half an hour late... the two ladies behind the counter work at a snail's pace and only make 1 order at a time. Part of my order had already been in the bag for 20 minutes and the drink with ice cubes had been waiting for about 20 minutes... probably something wasn't ready yet, but in the meantime the rest is getting cold. And the ladies wait for their ewes to thaw until the missing piece of the order is ready and only then continue. This is how you get your 8 hour working day to... In addition, I was not the only one who waited forever for his food... as far as I could see, this applied to almost everyone who was there... It seems to me that this should be possible better and more efficiently in 2024... When I got home with my order, it turned out that 2 of the three chicken burgers had no chicken on the bun????!!!! Serious???!!! This is a CHICKEN fast food restaurant, you make a sandwich and then you forget to put the chicken on it?? Sorry, but this is just laughable! What a serious travesty! It was our first time at KFC Heerlerbaan & the last time! To anyone who reads this and is thinking about getting something from a fast food restaurant, skip this and drive a few meters to Burger King or McDonalds... it will save you a lot of annoyance and time...
