To whom it may concern
On 09/01/2021 I placed an order online for the Umgeni Road,Springfield Durban.The order was placed at 18:37 on the app,I get to the drive thru at 18:42 and I wait that I understand get to the speaker booth then I tell the person on the other line I came to fetch an online order she makes me wait 6 mins then another person comes on the speaker I tell them the samething I get to the second window I have to repeat my order again for them they swipe my card and tell me to wait for 15 mins,that I understand food takes time to make that 15 mins that I was told turned into 24 mins I happen to be the last car to leave that parking,I had to wake up from my car and go inside and ask them where is my order.
It's either the staff there are not very familiar with online orders or they just dont care about customer service.
I then leave your store get home to find that it's an incomplete order,see attached mail for ref including my slip,I tried calling the store on the number on websites it only rings and gets cut.Honestly I have never experienced such bad and pathetic service KFC and I'm not a person to complain but this was just it and to top everything up people that came while they main gates was closed got served while us wait in the car park and watch them getting they food to the car yet they only came 2 or 3 mins and went to the door spoke to lady.
If u think all this is lies check camera footage on this date from the time stated in the mail.
