Yesterday we came to the restaurant because we had a bday party. I was really worried because I am vegan and its not a vegan restaurant. I contact the restaurant and I spoke to Matthew he guarantee me that will find something.
We arrive at the jungle restaurant and Matthew immediately come and told me to talk to the chef. I went ti speak to the chef and wow its was eva who spoke to me and wow she really knows what vegan is she also know all the ingredients on the butter and she told me its vegan but she has palm oil.
On the buffet there was some vegan option that taste wonderful. She also prepare for me a wonderful risotto with asparagus that taste amazing. Also she prepared a bun with mixed grilled vegetable and with vegan cheese.
That’s how you treat customers. Matthew wa really helpful and the chef was AMAZING. They understand me and make the night special with just a simple meal that taste good. That is a very good example to other chefs that can make people like me enjoying dinner even it is not a vegan restaurant that care about my diet and with small and simple meal I wa pretty impressed.
Will see us there for sure and will spread the word that you have awesome chef that can make vegan option simple and tasty
