The food was really amazing, however the service was terrible towards the end!! Arnold, the person in charge of payment, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was very unwelcoming and it made me and my friends feel like a burden to be there. He basically wanted to kick us out even though we were very respectful and he refused to accommodate us.

Hygiene: We even saw a MOUSE! walking through the restaurant!! This was neatly reported, there was hardly any response, not even an apology or thank you for reporting it. 1 staff member looked from a distance to see if he saw anything, laughing. We felt not taken seriously. Very unsanitary and inappropriate... There was a strong chlorine smell in the bar/kitchen. Not pleasant and unhealthy where your food and drinks are prepared. To eat: In October '23 and ate here yesterday. Quality has deteriorated considerably compared to last year. Sushi very small and dry, doesn't seem fresh. Fried/breaded shrimp with way too much breadcrumbs around it. Quality is below par and price has increased. Shame... Service: Servers asked several times if she could take plates that were clearly empty. Also ask to bring well-filled plates and full glasses. Very strange and disturbing. No insight and unsuitable staff unfortunately... Received sushi that we had not ordered, some orders not received. Had to wait a very long time for our orders on Saturday...
