We are extremely surprised by your dissatisfaction in the Fruits and Vegetables section, because the feedback we have from customers is the opposite of your feelings. A meeting was held this morning with the teams to understand your bad experience. It was noted that there were midges and flies in the grapes, but nothing unacceptable given the current heat, but no trace of damaged fruit in the shelves. We have a permanent person (5:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.) in the Fruits and Vegetables section to keep the department well maintained. We also have a housekeeping team who comes twice a day to clean. In addition, all the products in the department are new arrivals of the day. The salads come from the Plaine de Saône and are delivered the same morning of picking in order to guarantee freshness. We are committed to offering you high quality products, because it is part of our DNA. The teams will be extra vigilant to ensure that the department is in perfect condition throughout the day.
