Nothing to say about the quality and goodness of the products. The problem is the continuous delay in deliveries compared to those agreed, sometimes within acceptable limits, sometimes not. This evening I had called at 6:30 to book a home delivery for 8:30 (1 chicken and a small portion of baked potatoes). At 20:52 as nothing has arrived yet, I proceed to contact them, in a very cordial way they inform me that as soon as the rider returns to the office he would immediately go to my home, since my order was the next one. At 21:16 (24 minutes later and not 10) I was contacted directly by them and they told me that due to their internal problem my order would not be ready before another 15 minutes. Instead, to receive the order in a shorter time, they would have sent me fried potatoes instead of the baked ones. The problem was created by them and in the end, to get out of it, I should have been the one to settle, instead of them finding a valid and uncertain way to come to terms with the customer. From today they have lost a customer and I will take care not to recommend Il Ruspantino to all my acquaintances.
