Restaurant le plus immonde que j ai fait à Honfleur, nouriture vraiment pas bonne, personnel désagréable voire moqueur, les pâtes beurk, ça baigne dans le gras et je vous parle pas des calamars infâmes, à fuir, un conseil, passez votre chemin si vous ne voulez pas tomber malade.

Very good and wonderful team except the female employee on the ground floor who was very friendly in the figurative sense of the word. She welcomed me in an excellent way. We booked with a baby for New Years. She told me it wasn't with her and asked me to take the stroller in my hand up the stairs to see her colleagues upstairs. I find it all the more deplorable that a woman reacts like this to a baby. The rest of the team is great but please do something for this lady who doesn't seem to enjoy her job and who I think has nothing to do with customers. If the rest of the team was not up to the task and had calmed me down I would have turned around and I must not be the only one. The small outdoor terrace in the courtyard is sublime. We have reserved a table for 3 people downstairs, we arrive downstairs it is full we have to go upstairs. When booking by phone, a certain Miguel told us that there were mussels and fries, once we arrived, there was nothing on the menu except pizza and pasta. We waited 20 minutes before our order came, the service was long for a NOT incredible meal. I very rarely take the time to leave a review on Google, but unfortunately I find myself obliged to do so this time. We arrived at 7:45 p.m. and we had a 1.5 hour wait before getting our dishes, despite our reservation. Once the dish arrived, we realized that the pizza contained mushrooms even though we had asked for them to be removed. I also had to go get the carafe of water directly from the bar, as they were unfortunately understaffed. It's a shame because the place is rather pleasant and charming. Very disappointed by our last visit, the change in management is clearly felt and not for the better! We have been frequenting this establishment regularly for 15 years, we have never seen this... dishes served cold and not at the same time to the guests at our table (there were only 4 of us), very long service, friendliness of the waiters and the management is very limited... We have the impression of having had to deal with restaurant enthusiasts! The previous team of servers was remarkable and were the soul of this restaurant! It's a real shame that they are no longer part of the team! On the other hand, always a pleasure to be warmly welcomed by the lady who provides service on the ground floor (Maria I think). Do NOT go here if you want have a nice evening. We were here during our holiday and it was such a disappointment. They let us wait half an hour for our drinks and a whole hour for our starters and after 2 hours in this restaurant, we still had not received our main course. The Pinot Grigio was served warm in a dirty glass. The hot goats cheese and the bread it was served on was all cold (!) and the carpaccio was tasteless and watery - how is that even possible with beef? Both were absolutely not edible. We waited for our main courses in vain (just a pizza and a pasta). When we asked the waitress how much longer it would be, she did not know and did not care. So we decided to leave. We were then kept waiting even longer while another waiter handled our bill, by demonstratively slow erasing items from our bill one by one by one by one. only for them not to charge us anything. He could have told us this right away and let us leave immediately. And considering this terrible experience, that we did not have to pay for our 1 beer and 1 glass of terrible wine is the bare minimum in my opinion. In the end we finally were able to leave this place, but it was so late, that we could not go anywhere else for dinner and went to bed hungry. A complete disaster and the evening was totally ruined. Kitchen nothing to say on the other hand waitress who thinks she is the boss serves us aperitif and starter at the same time does not clear anything and the dish arrives, the table a disaster! makes us look like liars towards her superior laughs in our face and treats us racist.
