What didn't u like about? Maybe was the taste of it. I must remind you that if you do t like the coffee that doesn't mean the coffee is bad. As an expert I can tell you that u can open a whole huge debate about coffee "!not being good". Fair enough of u didnt like it but that might be because you don't like the brand ( county it was harvest etc) We r selling over 500 coffees ( mostly espresso ) per day. We don't really expect you to be a great valuer of the coffee. In the same time, we r proud to have almost empty vitrine by the late afternoon. Our kakes are mostly home made and definetely NOT old. That would be too wired to have an almost empty vitrine and the rest to be old. Each review regardless that is positive or negative we take as a plus and try to improve. Try looking into it from a different perspective. We would like to have a more explicative review not just * coffee was bad ". What was bad about it? What sort of coffee did you drink? If it was an Espresso Lungo , do you know that that's the worst that you can drink ? The best tyou can have is a ristretto max an espresso or an cappuccino before 11:00AM Try the cake before rating it old or not home made and we will give it to you for free if you don't like it. We ALL must learn that service must be paid. I'm sure u all like to have your salaries increased. So, if u make enough money to go out then u must understand that companies can't work for free. There is employees to be paid taxes, invoices , high invoices for energy and so on .. Please check the prices in the supermarkets before judging a small business. We r really sorry for your experience , but again, we will look into it and try to learn from it. I don't think it is a point of " it was a nice bistro and ...." We r ALL open to mistakes.
