Booked a room for 3 adults online from Canada. Room promised as shown on website to contain 3 twin beds but on arrival we were given a room that had a queen bed and one sofa bed....therefore did not get what was promised/shown during on website. The staff really didn't care even when this was brought to their attention...they just said that they will let the boss know. No lock in the washroom, coffee machine was dirty and had stale water in it, creamer were all spoilt, no night stand for the sofa bed, room locker was not working....we were on vacation from Canada spending a lot of $$$ but this is what we got and to end this was another sour experience when in the morning of 22 April around 7:30am we went down to just return our key the receptionist was so rude....we waited 7 mins as she was with another guest however our bus was leaving in 20 mins so we interrupted just to politely return the keys...she told us off very rudely while showing us a hand to stop...never had such a bad experience. The staff don't even wear a badge of their names so could not tell her name. Staff should be trained to deal with guests and sort out priority ( our bus was leaving in 20 mins and all she had to do was politely tell us to drop the keys at her desk and continue with the guest who was already there for quite sometime and was in no hurry. Except for being at a good location and clean beds there is nothing for me to recommend the hotel. Parveen Virani (room 112) Service: 2

Unfortunately, we were unable to finalize your open bill as you needed to depart while we were attending to another guest. We acknowledge the importance of recognizing guest priorities, but when attending to another guest, we must ask for patience. For a smoother check-out experience, especially when under time constraints, we recommend reviewing your bill in advance. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention.
