L'atmosphère chaleureuse de Royal fait que les visiteurs se sentent bien et passent un bon temps. La bonne note de ce lieu serait impossible sans un membres du personnel amical. Decent hotel. The rooms are big. It's clean. An idea cool in the rooms on the first floor. In terms of food - it is not very varied and ends at some point. We were at the hotel for two nights. The first night the water was not paid for. The second night, the waiter decided to charge us 2.50 each. He asked if he should write it to a room - we agreed, but after a while he came back and we had to pay it in cash. We asked for a receipt. After half an hour we received one, but the amount was BGN 3. His comment, which angered me the most, was that the water was BGN 3, but they gave it to us for BGN 2.50. I spent a few days at the Royal Borovets Hotel and would recommend it to my friends. It is clean, the staff is very kind and helpful. You can enjoy delicious food and a wonderful view. I would return to the same hotel if I have the opportunity to visit Borovets again. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view

There was no hot water in our room, there is a boiler, but you have to remember to turn it on yourself and wait for the water to warm up. The water is brown and needs to run for at least 10 minutes to get a normal color...-I wouldn't risk using it for drinking. The floor in the room is not cleaned well, sand and small debris can be felt on the carpet. There was a residual cigarette or stale/unventilated smell. Otherwise, the staff is very kind and responsive. Not expecting 5 star luxury, we did not feel very comfortable and would not return. For the price, I think they should fix these issues.
