Beautiful hotel in an ideal location, a 5-minute walk from the Altstad. Clean rooms, nice breakfast. Friendly employees. Price quality compared to the better hotels we have already visited. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet, Great value

Fabulous hotel!! The minute we sat in a taxi at the airport and told a driver that we are staying at Hotel Favor, he told us it was a very good choice!! The location is just perfect, very central, christmas market was just on the doorstep!! Hotel feels very luxury. Every single staff member were just fantastic!! Very friendly and attentive, all of staff speak english really well!! Breakfast was excellent, staff so lovely, a waitress overheard my child asking me for ketchup and it was on our table within few seconds, I had no chance even to ask for it!!! That’s a top class customer service!! 10/10!! Highly recommend and will be definitely staying here again! Service: 5
