We live in Bragg Creek and there isn't any Chinese Food out this way so we thought we'd try this new Chinese Kitchen as it's only half an hour drive away. The food had a great taste with substantial portions; it was well worth the drive. We will definitely order from this restaurant again. The dumplings were big and juicy, the salt and pepper squid were crisp and spicy, and we loved the Sesame chicken and barbecue pork. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Hot n' Fast is fantastic, best takeout Chinese food in Calgary.
The Ginger fried Chicken is amazing. Great inputs, fabulous taste. Likewise the Singapore noodles are spectacular. No shortcuts or cheap inputs. Lots of zing. Another example is the Salt and Pepper Shrimp. Large, fresh prawns and great batter. Fabulous. And great prices. Highly recommended.
