Extremely unprofessional. I attempted to place an order online and there was a disclaimer that if it "takes too long" to confirm the order, they "most likely don't have time." So I decided to call to place an order over the phone instead and was told that they aren't taking orders right now (well before closing hours). I asked why and they told me they are too busy. I asked if I could still order in-person, and they told me no and hung up. Based on the disclaimer on their website, they do this often which means it is not a one-time unexpected thing. I worked in restaurants many years and it is the responsibility of the owners/management to staff the restaurant appropriately. Unless it's a drug front - that would explain this lol

Hong Chou Inn was highly recommended to me by several people. I ordered a combo and Wor Wonton soup. This is seriously THE BEST Chinese food that I have had in such a long time. The Wontons were PERFECT!! The broth was amazing!!! The ginger beef, beef and veggies, cashew chicken and chicken fried rice were to die for!! Flavor was on point 10/10 I'll be back, regularly.
