The shop was very small, and the dine in option was not possible, but the cook was so friendly even when it was closing time. The food was so good, quality and quantity-very impressive. The menu is sticked outside, and all you have to do is select the dish and tell the chef the number of the dish you want to eat. And wait patiently outside till he calls you to pay. I am not sure if the chef tells every customer this, but he told me that if there is any suggestion or mistake with the food, he is happy to correct it. He said that with a smiling, polite face. Don't be put off by appearances! Although this one-man business does not offer on-site catering in a 'fancy ambience', it does concentrate on preparing take-away meals with complete dedication and the freshest ingredients. I would like to highlight the extremely friendly Tibetan chef who never tires of catering to the individual wishes of his customers. Not unimportant: He has a very good feeling for how much spiciness the palate can expect in this country. The concept is a success: at the Himalaya Imbiss you get individually prepared, freshly prepared and tastefully excellent Asian dishes - sometimes garnished with wisdom from the realm of the Dalai Lama. =) Vegetarian options: You can get every dish here as a vegetarian version.
