Waited 45 mins in store for 2 for 8 burgers and piergoies. Everything was cold and order partially wrong. Had multiple customers skip ahead of me and receive their orders while I waited. 1/5 - Do better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

This is by far the worst in Harvey's restaurants i have ever seen. Dirty restaurant, old food wilted lettuce, dry pickles, olives and jalapeños... what is going on?.... my burger with cheese and bacon was absolutely lacking in bacon and my fries were almost empty. The packs of ketchup were all open and when i tried to get some, my hands were covered and someone else spit and ketchup... my biggest disappointment was by far the staff, they didn't try to rectify the problem or even offer some napkins as they do not have any out for customer use. Instead they just looked at me like I was the problem... this is not except able this is disgusting and a slap to your customers face....@Harveys do better check your franchise owners and holds them accountable to your standards or your customers will surely leave.
