Nous n’avons pu réserver une table qu’à 18h le 22 décembre. Lors de notre arrivée à table le serveur nous annonce que nous ne pouvons choisir que le 4 services car nous devons libérer la table à 20 h, pour 110€ le menu, on pourrait s’attendre à un peu plus d’égards. La cuisine était bonne mais pas du tout au niveau qualité et finesse en rapport du prix du menu. Le service a été expéditif, les boissons à des prix exorbitant, le champagne Laurent Perrier à 170€. Bref 1h30 plus tard, le dessert servi, on nous présente la note 460€ une vrai escroquerie. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €100+ Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We would like to clarify that, during November and December, we operate with two seating slots, with the first one being from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. This information is always communicated in advance to our guests, so they can plan accordingly. Up to this point, we have not encountered any issues with this arrangement, and we have received positive feedback from other guests. However, we deeply regret that it did not meet your expectations during your visit. Please note that we will continue this practice for November and December as it has generally worked well for us. We fully understand your disappointment regarding the limited dining time and the value of your experience. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we will review our practices to ensure that we meet the expectations of our guests in the future. Regarding the quality of the food, we apologize that it did not meet your expectations. We will pass your comments on to our chef and team to ensure such situations do not occur again. We wandered in off the street into this beautiful fine dining restaurant in the Excelsior hotel, looking super scruffy and not wanting a big meal. We only wanted starters and dared to ask for tap water. Most posh restaurants would have been snooty towards us given these circumstances but the staff at Hanse Stube were magnificent and treated us like queens. Food was lovely and finished with exquisite chocolates. Absolutely outstanding and thank you for making us feel important and special.
