Tried to grab and ice cream here as we were walking through the square. No organisation or queues with the servers behind the counter swapping over from different counters to serve who they felt like. Didn’t end up trying as after waiting 10 minutes, ended up giving up and went to Gelateria Caffè Cremeria dell'Angelo a 2 min walk past the square. Great quick service much bigger portion size from what we saw at Gran Caffe, and it was the proper Italian ice cream that is covered in the tins. Having now checked more reviews with most being negative, and referencing poor / rude service - I know understand. Feels like the typical tourist trap that doesn’t care about service or quality as it’s simply serving tourists in the square. Service: 1
