I got takeout and love the tacos we got the tocihongo and pescado! So delicious!! The tortillas were warm and everything was packaged separately which meant nothing was soggy and you could choose what to put on your taco. Definitely recommend the tacos here. We had the tres leches cake which was good but the tacos are what I’ll get again and again!

The carnitas were amazing! Their guac was good, none of the salsas were super spicy so it is great for those who cannot handle the heat.

My wife and I are in the neighbourhood every week but last week was the first time our schedule allowed us to try Good Hombres for lunch and boy am I glad we did! The dining area is bright and airy and the waiter came over immediately with menus and to take our drink orders. I ordered a Mexican Coke (quite different from the Canadian variety) and my wife stuck with water. Neither of us was overly hungry, so we only ordered small amounts, the waiter assuring us we could order more and it would be made very quickly, if we wanted. My wife ordered the quesadilla and I asked for two tacos, a barbacoa (lamb) and a pollo asada. The tacos were simply outstanding! The vegetables, tortilla, and sauces perfectly complimented the meat, while allowing their grilled perfection to still shine through. My wife equally enjoyed her quesadilla. We will definitely return when our schedule allows, it's a real gem.
