    The food was great! Service was fantastic! Ambiance relaxed but refined. Mushroom flatbread really took us for surprise, absolutely outstanding. Great cocktails too. Free parking was a plus.     We arrived with a last-minute reservation, and all the staff were fantastic! I didn't catch the name of the manager who initially attended to us. Later, Andrea recommended some dishes from the menu when we asked for her help. She frequently checked in to see if we needed anything else. The food was amazing—seared Hokkaido scallops and smoked pork belly are a must-try! The Alberta prime bone-in steak was cooked to perfection. Kudos to the chef! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

    Just wow. Dining at its finest in Banff. I am an artist visiting Banff from Toronto and I was blown away by the food, ambience and service. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable of the menu and prompt. The menu is a delightful selection of flavours with an excellent balance of nutritious ingredients and creative flavour pairings that are grounded in natural flavours. I loved the selection of non-alcoholic mixed beverages. This is a haven for non-drinkers or sober folks. The zero proof menu is extremely aromatic and flavourful and really make you feel like you're having something quite special even if you are not drinking alcohol. The atmosphere is cozy with a wood burning fireplace that gives a wonderful woodsy fragrance. The beetroot cheese cake made me a believer in cheesecake. I've never liked it until tried this one. Natural flavours again winning the show. Hotel staff were helpful in calling a cab for me even though I'm not a guest of the hotel. The same quality and care could easily run me $200 back home in Toronto. Pricing was appropriate for the experience. I dined alone here twice already; but this seems like a great place to take a group of family and friends. Good Folks are truly good folks and I will definitely be coming back in the summer time with my family.
