When I walked into the restaurant, there were no servers, just a cook in the kitchen and a man busy on his laptop in the back. I didn't mind waiting as I wasn't in a hurry. After I waited for about five minutes, the man helped with a pickup order, and then I realized that he was the one who should take my order. The service was not bad, but only when his attention was not on his laptop. If that was only what happened, I wouldn’t be writing this review. The same man was also helping with food preparing and packing. I witnessed him handling raw sprouts with his bare hands after touching his laptop, his face, and even handling cash. And he did it so naturally. I felt sorry for whoever would receive the dish that was prepared in this manner, and felt slightly desperate when it was brought to me. Despite my love for sprouts in pho, I didn’t touch them. The water cup was not very clean either. The pho itself was good in terms of portion and taste, and it was reasonably priced. However, due to the overall experience, I wouldn't come back again.
