I haven't been to Hercules for a long time. And this time I was unpleasantly surprised by the staff. From the very beginning, when I came to pay for the reservation. The administrator and waiter at the table, Elena, were extremely unfriendly. She came up and didn’t introduce herself until she was asked. As if she was irritated by something. The dirty dishes sat for hours, they asked to split the bill - they refused, although in other restaurants they always accommodate. The pleasant things are the cleanliness, well-groomed territory, live music and delicious food. But the price tag is expensive. Average rating 3 is the maximum. I wouldn't recommend it. Take note, leaders. And check with other restaurants on how to set up a split bill. And train your employees to be kind. P s. We visited the restaurant on August 16, 2024. The reservation was made in the name of Natalya. It’s enough for me that management has a conversation with employees.
