Hands off! Unfortunately I cannot give the hotel a positive rating. As soon as we arrived it became clear that the staff were unfriendly and there was simply no warm welcome. The entrance area had full ashtrays and empty cigarette packets, terrible!! The rooms were dingy, the view of a cemetery wasn't very appealing, and the sauna in the wellness hotel didn't open until 4 p.m. When I asked reception to cancel because we just didn't like it and felt uncomfortable, I was looked at with wide eyes and no goodwill from the hotel. We left straight away and were still charged for the first night including breakfast. I paid over €200 – for nothing. No answer, no goodwill. If you are not 100% sure, it is better not to book, as goodwill cannot be relied upon. I emailed the hotel again and received no constructive response. It's a shame that the hotel doesn't make any effort to ensure satisfied guests. :( Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
