Never again very rude and don't care about anything and had a wrong order if they stay like this it won't last long with that business from today 1 customer less I will never go there now thanks to those pipos who are rude fini ciao. Been a big fan of Frituur Heidi for years, but the quality has deteriorated enormously in Tongeren recently. Nuggets that taste like cardboard because they have been baked for far too long, chicken fingers that have no taste at all, ... Very unfortunate and hopefully back on track soon. Not a bad word about the service and the convenience of ordering online, but everything starts with the quality of the goods you offer, of course. Service: Take out Food: 2 Service: 4

Sunday evening 8:00 PM We wanted to order a hamburger, but it was no longer possible and there was nothing to do in between, we were told. The staff is unfriendly. Also spends a lot of time gossiping about the boss's shortcomings, customers can simply follow along. I've noticed it several times. I order 1 medium and 1 small fries. We saw no difference between the two fries. Please do not package the meat and meat together again. The fat from the meat had seeped into my veggie croquette. Yuck not to eat. Wasted money.
