Hi Shawna! Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and for your feedback. We serve exclusively premium specialty coffee beans from some of the most respected roasters in Ontario. However, like wine, not every type of coffee bean everyone’s cup of tea. Our espresso is roasted a lot lighter than many of our local competitors as it’s important to us that the more delicate tasting notes really come through. All that to say - totally understand if our espresso isn’t your jam. Thanks for your kind words about our aesthetic and vibe. We hope to see you again soon!
