Went here again yesterday with my wife. It was definitely the last time. I can only explain why the butcher is so well-known in the region because of the lack of market support. We ordered the bratwurst that was offered for lunch. We received something hard to define, dry, brown, small. The intestines were like a crumbly casing around the sausage meat. Greetings from the deep fryer, it had nothing to do with frying. And €14 (€3.5 per bratwurst) added to the discontent. During our five visits, none of the products convinced us. Regardless of whether it's the fresh meat and sausage counter, pre-cooked products, or the food on site - despite all the awards in the store. But if my butcher allows his bratwurst to be fried, he approves of ruining his supposedly good products. Unfortunately, the staff was not receptive to constructive suggestions. It's a shame, at least we tried.

Ich habe dort 20 Bockwürste ( rund 45 Euro) und 2kg Kartoffelsalat (rund 29Euro) gekauft. Erstmal davon abgesehen das der Preis überzogen ist, ist auch die Qualität eher minderwertig. Die Wurst war nicht knackig und es schmeckte nach Fett, Wasser und Salz. Die Fleischerei Schlimgen hat ab heute 20 Kunden weniger. Schade.

Sehr geehrter Herr Schenk, wir bedauern, daß Ihnen unsere Ware nicht zugesagt hat. Wie haben, nachdem wir Ihre Resonanz gelesen haben, haben wir sofort unsere Bockwurst aus dem Tresen kontrolliert . Auch die aufgeschnitten Bockwurst zeigte jetzt kein Fett und Wasser. Schade das Sie nicht mit einer Probe vorbeigekommen sind, dann hätten wir vielleicht den Fehler entdecken können.
