Stopped by Firehouse Subs at Dufferin and gave it a shot — glad we did! We ordered the Hook & Ladder and the brisket sub, and both were solid choices. The Hook & Ladder was packed with flavour — warm turkey and ham, melty cheese, and fresh toppings. Classic combo, done really well. But the real standout was the brisket. Super smoky, tender, and had this rich BBQ flavour that kind of stole the show. It’s a bit heavier, but worth it if you’re hungry or just want something extra satisfying. Staff were friendly, service was quick, and the place was clean with a cool firefighter theme. Prices are a bit on the higher end for a sub, but the quality definitely makes up for it.
