    Had a really lovely time at Dorset Restaurant. We are greeted and brought to the peaceful outdoor seating for drinks and the staff clearly went above and beyond to try and fix some cocktails for us. They have a lovely menu and were accommodating with finding appropriate wine selections. We each had a shrimp croquettes with a crispy crust. We were brought inside for dinner. I had the four-part tasting menu (vegetarian selection) and my dining partner had the five tasting menu (Flavors selection which included seafood and a roe deer dish). The brioche bread was pretty good and the whipped butter with a pinch of salt made it. We tried each other‘s food and each was really really good. I’m not a food photographer or one to really take pictures of food but the colorful presentation of the dishes and overall great vibe meant I knew I wanted to take a few pictures to upload and share this experience at Dorset. My meal was not shy on the salt, maybe even a bit much for me. The interior had great colors, patterns, textures, and very nice furniture and lighting. This was a perfect location to celebrate a milestone birthday with cute table decorations and some fun, low-key sparklers in the dessert.
