Was on the way home and kids wanted to pick pizza for dinner.
Ordered a walk-in special of $11.99 large with 4 toppings. Even though Ot was not dinner or supper time, the place was busy making many pizzas and the place has som many staff. Ordered a Parmesan Bites for $2.99 as well.
The pizza was OK as we had to keep for a few hours before the kids ate and even though warmed up in an oven, it was the same. The pizza also lacked cheese.
The Parmesan bites are bland and we had a couple as soon as we sat in the car. Just bread and Parmesan on it and also lacked cheese. I think they need to be dunked in some marinara or any sauce.
FOOD:
I had purchased a WagJag coupon for this location, which allowed me to have a 10-topping medium-sized pizza for $7. When I arrived to place an order, the cashier asked if I had wanted to upgrade to a large, which was an additional $3. I said yes, then also asked for an order of Parmesan Bites as well. For our large pizza, we settled on pepperoni and cheese on one-half, and green peppers, pepperoni, onions, chicken, bacon, ham, and ground beef on the other half. The pizza was well-cooked, and was actually quite large. Each of the slices had a lot of toppings loaded on-top, which made it filling. The Parmesan Bites were delicious as they were small pieces of dough with cheese, which were perfect for dipping in sauce. It would have been more convenient if dipping sauce was provided, or was offered at a discounted rate.
ATMOSPHERE:
There were quite a number of people placing orders as it was a Friday evening at around 5:45 pm. The place itself only had about one table for dining-in, and a few seats against the wall for those whom were waiting for their orders. I also noticed that they had a TV hanging from the ceiling which informed the customers of the status of their order. There were many people working in the kitchen, which made the place a bit loud, but that was expected.
SERVICE:
The cashier whom served me was very kind and welcoming, smiling while I asked her questions about the order that I had placed. When I went to pick-up the order, she was kind once again, telling me that she would check if my order was ready. I highly enjoyed being served by her!
COST: Medium-Pizza With 10-Toppings: $7 (WagJag coupon) + Upgrade To Large-Pizza and Parmesan Bites: $6.77 = $15.77
WOULD YOU RETURN?
Yes. I found the items were reasonably-priced, with us being able to have some for the next day. Also, the service was great!
