When collecting prescriptions you are made to wait even for 10 to 15 mins with no care. As soon as they chose to assist, they pick up anyone from the queue, which is very unprofessional and low class in customer management. Collections are supposed to be an in and out process, but not in this branch.

Other than Clicks, Dischem has no contender when it comes to this type of department store. I love the variety of goods they have. There is a pharmacy within the store where self medication and prescription meds are on different segments, besting Clicks on this approach. There is a clinic for your regular check ups This is a massive and very necessary toiletry store.

Worst Dis-Chem branch in the country! They know on a Saturday everyone will be coming to collect prescriptions - yet they only have 2 people working, meanwhile 2 other pharmacists standing around / hiding at the back - absolutely horrific! Don’t come and waste your time here
