Today I had the bad experience of stopping to have a snack in this bar. There were 5 of us, we ordered two pinsas (certainly frozen, super-mignon in size and seasoned by a cheap pharmacist). Later, given the scarcity of these, we ordered a third. We received a tong that looked like it had been eaten by a mouse, a segment was missing and it was tattered, shameful. I asked for explanations and after two seconds she arrived, perhaps the owner, with an insolent and arrogant attitude who attacked and offended me and did not want to hear my observations regarding both the product and the price (€12.00 per tong). After an unpleasant argument, he proposed to replace it, but at that point we refused. Faced with such rudeness, I decided to be superior, to pay the bill and leave. Nothing to say about the quick and kind service of the girl who served us, but it seems decidedly insufficient to me. One important thing that I would like to make that "kind lady" understand is that customers are her bread and butter and I will certainly not even be a crumb. Sorry but a spritz like they drink is best avoided. A note of merit for the kind and fast service and for the location, but that's not enough... Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
We ordered a Spriz at 2.30pm (full of ice and nothing else), a cuddle and a bottle of water for Euro 11.00. When we asked to accompany everything with some aperitif snacks, we were told that it wasn't aperitif time. While walking, in the other bars everyone was accompanied with appetizers. I wonder how these types of answers can be given, especially in tourist locations. It's fine to be provincial but there is common sense that must prevail over a customer's request. Thanks, I will also avoid it because I'm from the area.
