Today we were in Rüttenscheid again and it was great. The taste was super delicious, the service was nice and the space was pleasant. The food was ready in no time and was even brought to the table. After this experience we definitely won't wait long until our next visit. I've been eating lunch at the Rü branch 3-5 times a week for at least 6 years now. In the meantime, there were always difficult branch management issues. The worst was a lady with blue-green hair who complained more about her employer than taking orders. But I have to say with a big exclamation point that the current “men’s team” brings positive energy into my life every day. They are always in a good mood, remember so many customers' favorite dishes and extra requests are a problem. The slightly older employee is already at 6:30 in the morning? there and goes full throttle. I don't know of any other shop on the Rü that has a better price-performance ratio or nicer employees. And I used to often complain about the employees. The boys now always give 100% even in stressful situations. Always apologize if it takes longer. The store was supposed to open at 12 p.m. today. We wanted to have lunch with several guests at 12:20. However, the shop was still dark. We opened the door and asked if the shop was open. The employee said we should... (swear word) because it wasn't ready yet and would open later today. It's unimaginable to talk to your guests like that.
