Today 29/12/2023 we went to De Boerenschuur to get fries. Pass your order to a woman behind the counter. She tells me several times in the kitchen that I need a julienke with joppie sauce and a small one with mayo and stew sauce. The boss (gentleman at the back of the fries) makes a mistake, I hear him from far away saying oops, there is mayonnaise on it. He gets joppie sauce from the woman who took my order to change it. I then thought 'that's okay'. To make mistakes is human. Once home, unpack everything and then see that I still got a julienke with moyonaise and a small one with stew sauce, the boss himself did not change it. Then just call to report it, they all knew it right there behind the counter that they had made an error. When I asked for a new package, I was told that I could only get a jar of joppie sauce and mayonnaise, but there was mayonnaise everywhere on that package, even on the meat... They will never see me there again... Returning fries and not daring to say a word, real rip-off, meanwhile paying almost 30 euros for nothing...
