Sincèrement, c’est un endroit a ne pas visiter ! L’accueil est désagréable et il y a une grande différence du menu et de ce que l’ont apporte ! A ce prix la je vous conseille de bien vous régaler ailleurs

1 star, drinks weren't good, menu was misleading, i ordered hot chocolate and instead got hot pudding. There were signs saying no smoking, but everyone was smoking in there, and were using PLATES as ashtrays... There were also flashing lights that were about to give me an epileptic attack. And as you can probably tell from the owners responses on here, staff were pretty stuck up and rude, no good customer service. (I wonder if I'll get flamed next ) Overall bad service, horrible atmosphere, and EXTREMELY overpriced. Please fellow tourists, go anywhere but here Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My mom’s bag was stolen right at our table while we were sitting at Damast Bar, and the staff’s response was absolutely disgusting. The manager and waiters didn’t care at all—no help, no checking cameras, not even an apology! Instead of taking responsibility, they just shrugged it off like it wasn’t their problem. What kind of place lets thieves walk in and out without any security measures? And then refuses to assist their customers? Zero empathy, zero professionalism. Never coming back, and I’d warn everyone to avoid this place unless you want to risk losing your belongings with no support from staff. Avoid at all costs! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

right? I honestly didn't expect something like this after your acting like a big person, the cameras were handed over where they should be, and you at the very least owe an apology, for your lack of care who should be blamed? for your frivolous behavior, who should guard your things??
