Dinner at Da Francesco was nothing short of amazing, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, everything delivered on flavor and quality. We began with appetizers of prosciutto and mozzarella, served alongside focaccia and shishito peppers. The prosciutto was silky and savory, the mozzarella fresh and creamy, and the focaccia perfectly balanced with a light crispness. The shishito peppers added just the right touch of smoky heat, making for a fantastic start. For the pasta courses, each dish stood out in its own way. The carbonara was dreamy, rich, silky, and perfectly seasoned, with just the right balance of creamy sauce and salty pancetta. The amatriciana was bold and flavorful, with a sauce that clung beautifully to the pasta. The truffle tortellini was incredible, packed with earthy truffle flavor that made every bite indulgent. The cacio e pepe was simple but unforgettable, with the sharpness of the cheese and the kick of pepper creating a delicious harmony. To finish, the tiramisu absolutely stole the show. It was the best I’ve ever had, so creamy, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet. Each spoonful was light yet decadent, a flawless ending to the meal.
