I have always been a frequenter of the Crudo di Modena, and years ago of the Crudo Rubiera. Unfortunately, since this summer the quality has dropped drastically in both service and dishes. The last times we were in Modena, we found the staff a little distracted, even 10 minutes before they came to open the table order, and perhaps they had already opened it for people who arrived later. Little attention in clearing dirty dishes from the table, waiters who sometimes don't even say hello... as for the kitchen, the last few times the rice was overcooked, then the mini black hamburgers which were delicious were eliminated, in favor of real ones own milk buns, not good at all and too big. Some dishes eliminated from the menu, for example vegetable ravioli with black cabbage pesto, perfect for those with allergies and want to avoid meat and fish. In the end, considering the average expense of at least seventy euros per couple, at least a little more care and quality would be appreciated....
