Nous avons trouvé ce petit restaurant grâce au guide Michelin. Nous avons passé un agréable moment autour d’une cuisine piémontaise et d’une excellente bouteille de vin naturel. Merci pour le service très aimable. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Une excellente (petite) table où déguster une cuisine locale remarquablement exécutée, avec le vrai goût de l'Italie qu'on ne trouve qu'ici. Les pâtes ont cette vérité absolue que seul ce peuple semble détenir avec une telle perfection et qu'on ne reproduit jamais que parlement chez soi! La carte des vins est remarquablement pourvue et nous avons été conseillés et servis à notre goût. Réussite totale légitimement signalée par un célèbre guide rouge. There’s no sense of rush or pretense here—just a warm, genuine atmosphere that makes you feel like you’ve stumbled upon a true local treasure. Despite its size, the experience at Contesto Alimentare is fantastic in every way. The ambiance is relaxed yet refined, with a welcoming feel that invites you to slow down and really enjoy your meal. You can sense the passion for food and hospitality in everything they do, from the way the tables are set to the way each dish is presented and explained. What truly stands out is that everything was perfect. The food is clearly prepared with immense care, respect for ingredients, and a deep love for Italian culinary tradition. Every plate that comes out of the kitchen feels balanced, thoughtful, and full of flavour—never overcomplicated, always honest and delicious. You get the sense that nothing is done by accident: textures, seasoning, and presentation all come together beautifully.
