The food is great both locally and delivered. You can tell that it is brought to the customer out of conviction. We like to eat Asian food and especially ramen. Had a reservation here, waited at second floor for 15minutes. No menucard no person to ask that we want somethibg to drink. So is this japanes style, I don't thinks so. Went many times to tokyo and this is not the way! We left after 15min and went somewhere else. Such a shame looked forward after reading about this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Sorry that we couldn't meet your expectations. As you probably noticed, Fridays and Saturdays are always very busy for us, and we do our best to serve 60 guests across three floors at the same time. As you probably noticed, Fridays and Saturdays are always very busy for us, and we do our best to serve 60 guests across three floors at the same time. We sincerely regret that this sometimes leads to waiting times, even though we have three staff members working in service. We have reviewed the situation again with our team. You had a reservation at 6:30 PM and entered the restaurant around 6:33 PM, where you were immediately shown to your table. Of course, you also received two menus from us – at least they were still on your table later when you left the restaurant around 6:48 PM without informing us beforehand. We are truly sorry, but it’s simply not possible for us to take all orders immediately on a busy Saturday evening. If you’d like to give our food another try before leaving us a one-star review, we’d recommend visiting from Monday to Wednesday when it’s usually less crowded, and you won’t have to wait as long. We hope you still had a pleasant evening and found another place to enjoy your meal. More

Hey thank you for your review! It's great that you enjoyed the ramen. They should not be boiling hot, but not necessarily lukewarm either! We were literally overwhelmed on Friday/Saturday and are still working on our timing. In any case, thanks for your feedback! Until next time!
