“Two Forks” Gambero Rosso and “Best proposal by the glass 2021” are the business card of 47 Circus Roof Garden, Italian restaurant and cocktail bar on the 6th floor of 47 Boutique Hotel, surrounded by some of the most fascinating architectural jewels of the Eternal City: Piazza della Bocca della Verità and Forum Boarium. Our chef Michele Giovannini pays great attention to the seasonality of the ingredients and uses the best herbs and spices to have a healthy, but at the same time extremely tasty, cuisine. The aperitif at sunset with a view of Rome is unmissable and the cocktails perfectly match with the courses on the menu. In addition to the constantly updated drink list, there is a wide selection of the best Italian wines and over 50 gin labels from all over the world.

We had a beautiful evening at 47 Circus Roof Garden. We arrived after dark so we missed the great views but still very pretty at night. I wish we could have ordered off the menu but because we had a party of 6 we were required to have the tasting menu. Dario was great at accommodating our special requests. The rooftop restaurant was gorgeous. So glad we came here for a special evening! Thanks Dario!
