We were waiting 1h 10min after we placed our order for it to arrive before we asked for the bill for our drinks(table of 6 no apps). We were told our food was coming while watching multiple other tables, that came in after us, order and get served. The manager came out and got confrontational with us before kicking us out. Beer and pop was cold but still had to wait over 15min for that. Thank God Swiss Chalet was next door and we were all served in under 15min. You need to adequately staff your kitchen and give your servers paid time off if you going to use the loss of a family member as an excuse as to why we waited so long. DO BETTER! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Are here Friday night and had an amazing time!!! Our server, Dave, was amazing and super attentive all night. Definitely made our night! We had the buffalo chicken sandwich and the porter house steak. Buffalo chicken sandwich was amazing and I recommend 10/10, the steak was also good but was a bit over cooked. We tried both the cheesecake and the bread pudding. The bread pudding was absolutely amazing and I wish I had gotten it instead of the cheesecake. The cheesecake was a little bland and boring but not bad overall. Will definitely be eating here again for a nice cheap fast dinner! Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill is a great franchise. It openly makes it clear what their goal is and that's to deliver great value products and services. I've been to several locations now and they all deliver a consistent experience generally. All the food was served promptly, fresh and hot. On Wednesdays you can enjoy a Full Rack of Ribs at a discount which is what I did. No regrets, it was delicious, juicy and meaty. The burgers here are hearty, tender and packed with flavour at half the price of most places. All the sides were great with lots of options to pick from. Notably the kids meals are generous portions. Even the Beer and drinks have low prices. The overall valued experience here is simply Great.
