We’ve been coming to this place with our big family every Sunday after church to enjoy a relaxing, luxury breakfast. It’s always been one of our favorite spots, but today, November 17, 2024, we were really let down. There was a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the open kitchen. When we asked the waiter about it, he just smiled and said it was from the kitchen because it was busy—pretty obvious. We asked to speak to the manager, and Georgiy came over, saying they had reset the ventilation system. Unfortunately, that didn’t fix the issue, and nothing else was done to address it. We didn’t receive any feedback on the issue We left with our clothes smelling like burnt fish and kitchen oils, as if we were cooking ourselves, which was really frustrating. It’s such a pity because we’ve always loved this place, but this experience really ruined it for us. Came to celebrate a birthday with my family. The next day, at the same time, two members of my family became ill, right up to the emergency room (they said it was severe poisoning). They were the ones who ate hedgehogs (with quail eggs) in this restaurant. The next day I wrote to the restaurant that such and such a situation had happened. And instead of apologizing, they simply wrote “passed the information to the manager.” That's all! Just silence. Today I wrote them angry messages that people were vomiting for exactly two days, and they wrote to me (His Majesty Chef Christian) that they checked the products and everything was ok) How did they check the products that had already been eaten two days ago - mystery! But in response to my messages that I would spread this situation throughout the Internet, they answered me to do what I wanted and that they wished me good luck (nice, right?). I do not recommend the restaurant! These two days turned into some kind of horror.
