I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chez Jaafar restaurant which specializes in couscous, and I must say the experience was exceptional. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, whose kindness and professionalism immediately put our group at ease. The restaurant's atmosphere is authentic and friendly, with careful decoration that instantly transports you to the heart of the Maghreb. We opted for the royal couscous and were not disappointed. The portions were generous, the vegetables perfectly cooked, and the semolina light and tasty. The meats (lamb, chicken and merguez) were tender and full of flavor, perfectly seasoned with a subtle and balanced spice blend. Special mention for the broth, rich and aromatic, which linked all the elements of the dish in a harmonious way. In short, Chez JAAFAR is a restaurant that I highly recommend to all lovers of cuisine and couscous in particular. The quality of the dishes, the impeccable service and the warm atmosphere make it an unmissable address. We will definitely come back to relive this dining experience.
