Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce restaurant durant notre semaine à Milan. Nous y sommes retournés plusieurs fois toujours avec autant de plaisir.
Le personnel est aux petits soins et les mets délicieux. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

When I am on a pleasure trip to Milan I always have lunch/dinner in a restaurant in the centre; obviously those who make a choice of this type do not do so for a question of price but to experience an emotion. Today my wife and I stopped at the Charleston Restaurant with high expectations. Fast service, simple but quality dishes (tuna, carpaccio and grilled vegetables). Now we come to the negative notes that led me personally to lower the rating of the restaurant: - during the service they were never asked once if everything was okay; - I was served a Sicilian cannoli that was not up to the standard of the restaurant (the wafer was not fresh and crunchy); - when paying I made my disappointment known about the quality of the dessert. The owner/manager limited himself to saying that he had never had any reports in this regard, also stating that it was fresh today, almost as if what I was saying was impossible. Very disappointed, I expected him to accept my report and reassure me that he would carry out a check on the quality of the product, which obviously didn't happen. Too bad, they lost two customers.
