I have stayed at JW Marriott Marmara before, and I was very pleased with the excellent service they provided. Today I invited my friends to have breakfast at Ceres Restaurant. First I called the hotel yesterday and talked to Ms Ceren Fidan for her assistance regarding our visit. As always she was very kind and the moment I entered the Hotel she introduced me to Ms Hilye Ozcelebi so that Hilye Hanım can help me with my plans. Hilye hanım came up with the best table location possible after I mentioned her our needs. Our server was Erdem Bey, and he provided excellent service. From my previous visits I was familiar with Oktay Bey, so I also asked him some questions and he was very kind and responsive while being professional. I had questions about the detox juice they were serving so Erdem bey introduced Barista Zahide Hanım to me, who was kind enough to give me some extra information about the juice. I also saw Chef Erkan Bey, and talked to him about some of my experience at another Marriott Property. I would like to thank Chef Erkan bey for being so humble! He is one of a kind, and very professional. I think the quality of the breakfast served in Ceres is +5stars. Always fresh and with great quality!
