I went with my sister and our four girls to this bar to buy something for a snack for the two three-year-old girls, after the bar near the park had directed us there. As soon as we entered the owner immediately turned out to be rude and rudely told us that they didn't sell ice cream there. Then he asked us who had sent us there and when he learned that it was the owners of the bar near the park he became visibly upset, saying that he would go and complain to them because he already had his customers and didn't need anyone else. However, since we had to feed the girls we still asked for a chocolate croissant and two slices of cake. In response, the owner put what we asked for in the bags, but without stopping for a moment to complain that he doesn't do takeaway but only service (so what did he keep the bags for?) In the end the girls were thirsty and we also asked for two bottles of water but he said he didn't have them. We then asked for a glass of tap water specifying that we would pay for it and at that point HE EVEN REFUSED TO GIVE A GLASS OF WATER TO TWO THREE-YEAR-OLD GIRLS AND TWO WOMEN WITH TWO MONTHS-OLD GIRLS IN THEIR ARMS. Finally he even tried to cheat us by making us pay for two croissants and when we pointed out to him that he had only given us one and had made us pay for two, he didn't even apologise. Unacceptable and I would say cruel behavior towards two little girls who were thirsty on a day in August. WHAT A SHAME.
